Fantastic service - dropped of the car to my home. Allowed to to drop off the car at my car repairer.

I thought your overall service provided was excellent especially the customer service I received from your staff member I think it was amanda. She made it all easy and simple as I was very nervous.. Also I would like to point out that it is not well know in the community that if your not at fault in a car accident that there is such service to the public. Need to let public know more about you.

My whole experience with Compass has been excellent. I cannot explain how happy i am with the service and vehicle's that have been provided.
I cannot understand why my insurance NRMA couldn't have provided me with the same service, and i am paying them $1100 a year.
Once again I would like to say thank you to Compass for making life so much easier. I have already told as many people about them as i could, and i will continue to do so.

I was genuinely impressed with service phone calls and follow ups.
The below is a suggestion.
If the survey could be automated directly to the booking details associated with the email address given it may make it quicker to complete, especially if you haven't got the details to hand..
